Some people think that if you watch a youtube video and go get yourself a cookie cutter rifter fit using t1 modules you can just go to low sec and start hunting people down. This was the case tonight, when I decided I wanted to get my pew on. First thing I did was fit my very nice, very capable, Rifter with t2 mods. I stopped by Gusandall and Eifer hoping to run into a somewhat well known pirate. When he wasn't around I went back to my old stomping grounds and hopped into Bosena.
I catch a rifter on scan and have a look at who it is since they didn't rename the ship. He's barely a week old. I assume he's ratting because he doesn't know better. I'm wrong. Turns out he was hunting me while I hunted him, we hop around the belts and planets a couple times and then I find him sitting at planet 2, I warped to 0 hoping he would be there, he was, and already in web/scram range. I start targeting, put web/scram on and activate guns. Hit orbit and then watch and wait, I needed nothing special to beat this one.
He explodes and I see there's nothing worth anything on him, of course. I then laugh to myself at how some people think they can just go be a rifter king without any kind of training.
I then proceed to warp to the Heild gate thinking I'll go see if there's any more gf's to be had. I am almost instantly vaporized by the sentry guns. Some people...
